With the arrival of autumn, the hunting season is open at Le Bristol Paris. To pay tribute to these traditions, cornerstones of the art of living "à la française", we have staged the Hunting Table of Le Bristol in the hall. Come discover this true work-of-art, an invitation to the pleasures of cooking and good food that sets the arrival of game season at Epicure, Chef Eric Frechon's three-star restaurant.
With autumn, also arrives the celebration of new awards for Le Bristol Paris. Epicure has been awarded "Best hotel restaurant of the world" at the annual Culinary Travel Awards of the Saveur magazine. Our authentic palace has also received the distinction of "Best service hotel in Europe" from the Prix Villégiature. This new achievement honors the work and passion of the entire teams of the hotel, striving every day to the well-being and satisfaction of our guests.
