Le Bar du Bristol unifies a classic club atmosphere with a cool exuberance, somewhere to savour the complex flavours of an excellent cocktail and for Parisians to return each evening and relax together. Youthful Head Barman, Maxime Hoerth, swiftly gained Meilleur Ouvrier de France for his talented craftsmanship.
Maxime is renowned for his homemade infusions which give each cocktail an original twist, and is appreciated for matching cocktails to a moment; if a guest is on their way to dinner then his suggestion will compliment wine.

After dinner his Ice Breaker has the qualities of a palate cleansing sorbet. Following Chef Eric Frechon’s lead in seasonal ingredients which feature in the delicious bar tapas, Maxime creates evocative new cocktails for the specific time of year.
Maxime hosts his guests with an inimitable charm, while behind him a screen scrolls through the mesmeric talents of contemporary artists for whom this venue is a valuable partnership and showcase.
