The books, the wine... charity dinners
Le Bristol Paris celebrates the complementary pleasures of literature, food and friendship. Every month for a whole season, a famous writer is invited to share a high standard dinner created by 3-star rated Chef Eric Frechon, served with wine to be discovered in the company of its producer. During this evening event, to be held in the Salon Castellane, expert journalist Olivier Barrot presents and interviews the guest of honour, whose latest book is autographed and offered to each guest.
These evenings are charitable: all the benefits are donated by Le Bristol Paris to the American Hospital of Paris for the events taking place in November, December, May and June. In addition the benefits of the events, taking place in February, March and April, will go to the Institut du Cerveau et la Moelle épinière (French Brain and Spine Institute).
