MENU book online Oetker collection

Throughout the year, gastronomy, art and fashion come together in the numerous events held at Le Bristol Paris hotel. 'The Books, the Wine…' is a charity event: all benefits are donated by Le Bristol Paris to the American Hospital of Paris. Every month, a famous writer is invited to share a high standard dinner created by 3-star rated Chef Eric Frechon, served with wine discovered in the company of its producer. On the first Monday of each month, the luxury brasserie 114 Faubourg holds wine appreciation evenings.

A wine grower, selected by Marco Pelletier, the Head Sommelier at Le Bristol Paris, presents their own wine in person to complement a tasting menu specially created by chef Jean-Charles Cauquil. For dedicated followers of fashion the hotel organises 'Fashion High Teas' on certain Saturdays. Major fashion houses as well as new designers present their collections at teatime in the hotel. Le Bristol Paris, located in a neighbourhood crammed with art galleries, also hosts a number of sculpture exhibitions in its magnificent garden every year. Le Bristol Paris is the place to meet in Paris!

The "Prix Bristol des Lumières"

Understanding the times and defending one's ideas

Although there are many literary prizes for fiction, far less are intended to reward essays and ideas. Every year, the Prix Bristol des Lumières celebrates the author of a philosophical, political or social essay written in French. The award-winning work must promote a new and even polemical idea concerning the present times, in keeping with the critical spirit, liberty and humanism of the 18th century.

Viktor de Bristol - The blog of Le Bristol Paris!

Our authentic hotel launches the first Palace blog written by a client!

Le Bristol is usually understandably discrete when it comes to its customers. But when it is the customer himself who asserts his sense of belonging to the very privileged club of Le Bristol residents, it's a different matter entirely. Viktor de Bristol has been living in our luxury hotel with his family for many years. His life certainly is luxurious, but more than that, it is a life full of ideas, madness, beautiful things and wonderful memories. So to this epicurean, it would be incredibly selfish to keep all this to himself.

Viktor has chosen to launch his blog: Le Bristol's blog, to which he will be lending his voice. He will be speaking of lovely things in general, things that are pleasing to the eye, the palate and the ear. All things that catch the eye.
