Le Bar du Bristol

Le Bar du Bristol welcomes a Parisian and international clientele in a setting that combines classicism and modernity. Our alchemist Head Barman Maxime Hoerth, gives each cocktail an original signature, custom-made for our guests with precise measures and the ritual of a flawless execution. In 2011, Maxime Hoerth was the first barman to win the status of Best Craftsman of France for his innovation, passion and expertise. For his part, chef Eric Frechon has designed a tapas assortment with a three-star signature!
