A gastronomic pairing in two of the world’s top cities
London and Paris

Eric Frechon is the guiding hand behind Céleste at The Lanesborough, our sister property in London, with Florian Favario moving from Le Bristol's Epicure to become Executive Chef at this new gourmet destination at the top of Hyde Park. Together they have created a menu that is inspired by the best of British produce from across land and sea, to which they apply their gastronomic talents.

Signature dishes include Heritage tomatoes with tomato sorbet, Home County lamb with courgette couscous and homemade harissa, and for dessert, hand crafted sugar strawberry, “mara des bois” chantilly and sorbet.

The best way to understand their pairing of British produce with French gastronomy is the seven course tasting menu; a journey around the coast and countryside with two culinary geniuses.
